Adding Analytics, Campaign Tracking, and Custom Code to Your Platform
You may need to set up specific preferences and track your site’s analytics and campaigns as part of your B2B marketing and sales efforts, or you may want to customize your storefront’s look and feel using custom code. It’s time to look at these advanced settings on your B2B Wave eCommerce platform. To access these, follow these steps:
Step 1. Go to Settings >Profile and look for the “Advanced” tab.
Step 2. Make the relevant selections on this page and click “Save” to store your preferences. Specifically, here you will encounter the following fields:

Enable bottom right support button | Check this option to allow the “Click for support” button on your Admin Dashboard |
Meta Title For Homepage | Enter here the title you want to be displayed in search engine result pages and browser tabs for your B2B store’s home page, if applicable |
Add Extra Fields at Order Confirm and Customer Details | Click here to transfer to the “Extra fields” page, where you can edit custom fields. Find out more about extra fields here |
See all failed login attempts | Click here to transfer to the “Failed logins” page, where you can view a list of all unsuccessful login attempts and the corresponding IP addresses. Remember that you can click “Reset failed logins” to delete this log -this might be useful if you have users blocked from accessing your B2B store because they tried to log in to it many times without success |
App Code / API Token | The field showcases your app code and B2B Wave API token, respectively |
