Accepting Bank/Wire Transfers
To enable bank and wire transfers as a payment method for customers on your B2B Wave eCommerce platform, follow these steps:
Step 1. Go to Settings >Payment options. Then, click “Bank/Wire Transfer.
Step 2. Fill in the necessary information.
Specifically, here, you'll encounter the following fields:
Name | Refers to the name of the payment option. You can ignore this field | |
Description | Add the banking information you want to share with customers (e.g., Bank branch address, contact email, order #). Remember that customers will be able to see this information on the “Confirm Order” page |

Due in Days | Set a payment due date for submitted orders | |
Active | Check this option to enable bank/wire transfer as a payment option for your B2B portal | |
Private | Check this option to make this payment method private for specific customers. To see how to assign payment options to customers, read our dedicated article | |
View order | Select the order in which you want this payment option to appear on your storefront. For example, if you’ve enabled more than one payment option, you need to set the value to “0” for the one you want to appear first on the “Confirm Order” page, the value “1” for the one you want to appear second, and so on | |
Payment Fee Percentage | Set your bank’s or wire transfer’s provider service fee percentage if you want to charge customers for it. Otherwise, leave this field empty | |
Payment Fee Amount | Set your bank’s or wire transfer’s provider service fee percentage to charge customers for it. Otherwise, leave this field empty. |
Step 3. Click “Save” to activate bank/wire transfers for your account.
