Deleting Products in Bulk

You can mass delete products from your B2B Wave eCommerce platform quickly by completing the following steps: 

Step 1. Go to Products >Products, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click “Delete all products.”

Step 2. Choose which product categories you want to delete on the “Delete all products” page. You can also delete the selected categories, not only the products. Note that products included in open submitted orders will become “Inactive” and will not be deleted.

Step 3. Once you’ve made your selection, type “DELETE” in the appropriate box, then click “Delete Products” to remove these products from your platform. 

NOTE: If you want to delete specific products in bulk from different categories or subcategories, we suggest creating a new private product category named “To delete” and assigning them to it. Then, you can remove these products by deleting this category.
