MCP Server

Prerequisites

Use an admin login for your B2B Wave store (the same email and password you use for the admin panel).

MCP must be enabled for your store. If it is not, contact B2B Wave support.

Add the MCP server

In your MCP client (Claude, Cursor, or similar), add this server URL:

https://mcp.b2bwave.com/v1/mcp

Sign in

You will be sent to B2B Wave’s admin login.

1. In Subdomain or Custom Domain, enter your store’s subdomain or custom domain. For example: demowholesale.b2bwave.com or demowholesale.
2. Enter the email and password you use for the admin panel.
3. Click SIGN IN & AUTHORIZE (the button also names the client, for example, SIGN IN & AUTHORIZE Claude).

Authorize

After a successful sign-in, an Authorize MCP Access screen lists the permissions being granted.

By default, this is read-only access to orders, products, prices, and customers. Write access shows as None. Click AUTHORIZE to connect, or CANCEL to stop without granting access.

You can later change or turn off this access from the admin API keys screen. The key is named after the client (for example, MCP - Claude) and is owned by the admin who signed in.
