Veeqo Integration
B2B Wave allows you to seamlessly send orders to Veeqo and update inventory and shipping data from Veeqo to B2B Wave. Let’s see how you can do this.
Connecting Veeqo with B2B Wave
To set up the integration, follow these steps:
Step 1. Contact our support to activate the integration for your account.
Step 2. Once you’ve enabled the integration, log in to Veeqo. Go to your Veeqo dashboard and click on the “Settings” icon.
Step 3. Click “Users,” select your user profile, and click the pencil icon under the “Actions” column.
Step 4. Once in your user account, scroll to the “API Key” section and click “Refresh API Key” to generate your API keys. You can always find your API key on Veeqo if you need to refer to it.
Step 5. Login to your B2B Wave account. Go to Settings >Profile >Integrations.
Step 6. Next, copy the API Key from Veeqo and paste it into the “API Key*” field. Finally, click “Test Connection” to ensure you’ve entered the key correctly, and click “Save” to connect B2B Wave and Veeqo.
Step 7. If the connection is valid, you can define the following options for the integration. Specifically:
Channel* | Select which store to link to your B2B Wave account from the drop-down menu. Remember that only active stores will appear here | |
Delivery Method* | Select the preferred shipping option from the drop-down menu | |
Send email notification from Veeqo on order update | Check this box to send an email to the customer when the order is shipped | |
Add payment to order | Select this option if you want an order’s payment details to appear on Veeqo when you mark the order as “Paid.” This information will appear when the order’s payment method is Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer. When undefined, bank transfer will be considered as the default the payment method |

Sending Orders to Veeqo
Once you’ve set up the integration, you can send orders from B2B Wave to Veeqo by following these steps
Step 1. Go to the Orders menu and click on an order for which you want to do this.
Step 2. Scroll to the “Products” section and Click “Create Veeqo order.”
Troubleshooting Error Messages
You may encounter some issues when attempting to create a Veeqo order. Let’s check the usual error messages that may appear and see what you can do to resolve them.
