Customer Prices
You can set personalized prices for your customers for specific products based on the agreements you have with them. You can also decide whether you want additional discounts on these items to apply for this customer and be calculated on top of their own special price. Let’s see how you can do this.
Setting Customer Prices Manually
You can set customer prices for specific products manually by following these steps:
Step 1. Go to Products >Products, and click on the product you want to set a customer price.
Step 2. Look for the “Customer prices” tab, then complete the necessary information on the page. Specifically, here, you’ll need to define the following information:
Customer | Enter the name of the customer for which you want to set a special price |
Variant | Select the variant for which the customer price applies from the drop-down menu, if applicable. Note that this field will appear only if the specific product has variants |
Price | Type the product’s price for this customer |
Apply extra discounts (%) | Check this box to allow additional customer or product discounts to be applied on top of the customer price |
Step 3. Once you’ve entered the necessary information, click “Save.” Customers for whom you’ve set specific prices can view these on your storefront.
NOTE: To add more customer prices to a product, click the “+” button.
In the example below, Wholesale Demo & Co has set the price for the product Mustard Sweater and its variants to $120 instead of $150 for their customer Mad Style.
