Order Discounts

You can apply discounts for orders submitted by customers on your B2B Wave eCommerce platform. Let’s see how you can do this:

Step 1. Go to the Orders menu and select the order to which you want to apply a discount.

Step 2. On the order page, scroll to the “Products” section and look for the “Discount” field. Then, click “Add discount.”

Step 3. Select the discount type you want to apply to this order. Specifically, you can choose from the following options:

Percentage	Enter the discount percentage you want to apply to this order in the “Percentage %” field
Amount	Enter the discount amount you want to apply to this order in the “Amount” field
Coupon	Select the discount coupon you want to assign to this order from the drop-down menu in the “Coupon” field

Step 4. Once you’ve added the necessary information based on the discount type you want to use, click “Discount,” and the order’s total amount will be adjusted automatically.

Removing a Coupon Discount From an Order

You can remove a coupon discount added to an order if the relevant offer is no longer valid and the customer has mistakenly used it. To do so: 

Step 1. Go to the Orders menu and select the order to which you want to apply a discount.

Step 2. Scroll to the “Products” section and look for the “Discount” field.

Step 3. Go to the “Coupon” field and deselect the coupon. 

Step 4. Remove the coupon’s reduction amount or percentage from the appropriate field, and click “Discount” to recalculate the order’s total.
